The Drive to Thrive

Last week the Dallas Association of Hispanic School Administrators (AHSA) hosted the inaugural Latina Roundtable: The Drive to Thrive. AHSA President Nancy Bernardino welcomed over 75 Latina administrators, teachers and executive staff to an exciting evening of inspiration, hope, and fellowship. Dallas ISD Chief of School Leadership Stephanie Elizalde served as the keynote speaker. Congratulations to AHSA for a very successful event for comadres!

Edgewood ISD asking families to host house meetings

Edgewood Independent School District’s new superintendent is visiting residents at their homes. He says he wants to hear about improvements the community would like to see in the district.
